Vomiting is often indicative of an underlying condition elsewhere in the body. Vomiting is the sensation that there is a need to expel stomach contents. When prolonged it can become debilitating.

Steps
1   Use a cloth dampened with warm water and have them wipe their face
2   Replace lost fluids by slowly sipping clear liquids like water or juice.
3   Avoid spicy food for the next 24 hours
4   Eat easily digestible food
5   If vomiting continues seek medical assistance
Warnings
Make sure to sip slowly
DO NOT eat spicy food for 24 hours
Tips
Sports drinks are great as they have electrolytes which can help give you energy
