Cramp is a term often used to refer to a painful, involuntary contraction of a single muscle or a muscle group. Cramps are caused by overexertion of the muscles; such as prolonged sitting, inappropriate leg positions while sitting, and/or dehydration. Make sure to drink plenty of water and stretch every day to prevent cramping.

4   Provide plenty of water as cramps may occur due to heavy sweating
5   Get medical help if cramps persist.
